Shipping policy

Before placing your order you will be prompted with shipping information as well as pricing with such information. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email (assuming an email address was provided) informing you that we have received your order and the order is being processed. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed. Domestic orders in the United States will be delivered within 1 week of fulfillment. International orders are subject to longer wait times. Once your order is finished being processed and shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking information once it becomes available. Once order fulfillment has been completed, all orders are handed off to third-party carriers for shipping which are not directly affiliated or associated with Vitriolic LLC. Delivery time may vary depending on carrier, thus Vitriolic LLC is not responsible for any delays following fulfillment.
